how it all started

It all started as a way for Dylan to recoup the income being lost from his family restaurant due to the Covid closures. Dylan sat down with his wife and sister, trying to figure out how to keep his family afloat. Dylan’s sister was a personal trainer with colleagues and clients who were having trouble getting food to obtain their nutritional goals. Dylan and his wife had done meal prep while living in Las Vegas and decided this could be a great way to supplement them while helping impact the lives of Ashley’s clients, first responders, hospital staff, and other people effected by the pandemic. Together they sat down and brainstormed one night in the empty restaurant and Savage Chef & Co was born! As it grew and the world was slowly going back to normal, Dylan found other opportunities in private parties and off-site catering events.

One thing led to another and with the help of his right-hand woman, Sandi, Savage Events began to take shape. It wasn’t long before Dylan realized he had some new ideas and fresh concepts that didn’t really fit his current restaurant, Soro’s Grill. He decided it was time to open something new! Dylan and Mario worked together at Spago Las Vegas and had remained in contact with each other over the years. The universe played things out just right… Dylan was looking for a partner chef and Mario was looking to branch out to a new opportunity. They reunited in Temecula and together, they hit the ground running to build the foundation for Savage Chef Bar & Grill.
